Real Estate Valuations is backed with over 15 years of experience in the rural
marketplace in both residential and commercial real estate. This experience
encompasses virtually all areas of real estate from the vacant building lot to the
$1 million plus home, to the industrial, retail, office, and special uses properties
such as churches and golf courses,

In 1993, Beth S. Downey began her career with Don R. Scheidt & Company, an
appraisal firm. In 2005, she opened Real Estate Valuations in Crawfordsville,
Indiana and has directed her focus to the surrounding rural communities
including Montgomery, Fountain, Warren, Tippecanoe, northern Putnam,
northern Parke, western Boone, and Clinton Counties.

Beth has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Purdue University in Agricultural
Economic and Finance. Prior to becoming a certified general appraiser, she
worked for the USDA Rural Development. Her strong rural background has proven
to be a great benefit in every market segment.

John Downey, MBA, graduated from Wabash College in 1989 with a bachelor's
degree in psychology and business communications. He successfully obtained his
Masters of Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan in 1999. After
over 17 years in the manufacturing industry, John has joined Real Estate
Valuations, bringing great insight and enthusiasm into the field.
